Just revived the SqCVS code after having chatted with Avi on the IRC
channel.
Tried to fit it on top of the Network rewrite but failed a bit there and
fell back on simply having Comanche as a prerequisite. I may revisit
that though since we do want the rewrite to go into the stream.

The idea we are exploring is to put SqCVS beneath Monticello. Hopefully
the little simple API I just hacked together called CVSRemoteFile is
enough for Avi to do that easily. If interested - take a look at the
class comment of that class. And the one of CVSClient.

We will see how it turns out. Back to SM...
