[BUG][OSX] image startup leads to white page

Hi all

I know that it is not really useful to report bugs that we cannot 
reproduce but
I want to let people know that I started an image 3.5-5180 by dragging 
it on Squeak 3.5.0Beta4
and the window did not show up, I had to click on Squeak in the dock, 
then I got a white empty
Squeak window. I have to terminate the process. When I retried it 
works....
