With the KCP changes, SystemDictionary>>allBehaviorsDo: was 
deprecated. Unfortunately, there is code in SARInstaller that uses 
this.

I changed the method that used this for compatibility with the 3.6a 
update stream, and added a stub that will be conditionally compiled 
on older images if necessary.
