Nothing in any other software package creates an instant group or team like the 
CC: field does when used with the "Reply All" function.

Message Metadata also includes "who else is interested" and "how fresh" the info 
is in addition to answering "how" and "why" the info was generated.

Even Twiki is losing ground in this area.
