Best Squeak setup for servers

If you install VNC with e.g. apt-get, it is possible that you'll get
some dependencies pulled in. But Xtightvnc itself should work fine with
just a couple of X11 fonts installed (I think it wants at least 'fixed'
around before starting up), but not much more. 

We should have a page on the Swiki that explains this all and which
serves as a place to refine 'run Squeak as a server recipes'...
