Problem with win32 VM3.6(5424) and rST

Hi all.
I get the following message when trying to run rST demo client
(RSTTesting runClient) - server (RSTTesting serverStartup)was already
running on other instances of Squeak

ConnectionTimedOut: Cannot connect to 192.168.3.182:9999

[] in Socket>> connctTo:port:waitForConnectionFor:
Socket>>waitForConnectionFor:ifTimeOut
Socket>>connectTo:port:waitForConnectionFor:
Socket>>connectTo:port:
[] in RSTBroker>>connectTo:
...

I try run demo on win32 VM3.5 and it works without problem ....

Where is the problem ?
