[BUG] SqueakMap 1.09 loading fails

Hmmm, didn't test the load script apparently...

Well, you can get the new SM by simply upgrading SqueakMap Base
(install) to 1.08.

But I will fix the above - the load script are mostly for images without
any SM at all.
