This was what I was talking about earlier - somehow Avi has managed to
remove #installFileNamed: from MczInstaller so currently MCInstaller
doesn't work. I have no idea why this happened.

So this is a bug in MCInstaller (not SM Package Loader etc).

I assume Avi is asleep now or something.
