I tested the above combination and SoapCoreServer seemed to work correctly.
Did you use 0.5 version of sar? Now it is located at:
ftp://swikis.ddo.jp/SoapOpera/SoapCoreServer05.sar

No. SoapOpera 0.6 runs on Comanche 6.2. Both use the rewritten Socket.
