Yes, that's of course bad... the thing just uses the [ANN] posting-filter
that mailman provides. Is it possible to configure this to not show
replies? 

If that's not possible we could set up a forwarder somewhere else
that's more intelligent than the mailman topic filter.

IMHO RSS in combination with a good Agretgator is a nice way to
get information... e.g. I'd like to have this for new packages
on SqueakMap, new checkins in Monticello-repositories, and lots
of other stuff.
