Some small changes to improve the usability of
InternalThreadNavigatorMorph

- move arrow to the other side to make the ellipse more visible
- the ellipse is a little bit bigger so it's easier to click on it
- make the sizes based on the default font size. bigger default font ->
bigger InternalThreadNavigatorMorph "
