Okay, guys, here it is.  I can't find the original changeset (must have
been a long time ago!), but it's a tiny amount of code so I redid it. 
There is no preference for it, because there are not really any ill
effects of having this loaded.  No ill effects, that is, other than
potential embarassment.  :)  -Lex
