Well, there's always the POC (Portable Object Compiler), which still
provides the objpak and even does blocks.  But AFAIK the only person who
actually uses it is its author, David Stes, who has made himself a bit of
a pariah in the Obj-C community (read c.l.objective-c sometime to see what
I mean).
