Hi PhiHo

I'm extracted from SystemDictionary all the VM and memory related 
features.
By the way if you want to help cleaning you are welcome, for example we 
started to have a look at Utilities.
I will try to have a bit of fun over the week-end and produce some new 
KCP changeset.
