Ok, I have an initial, completely bleeding edge, barely working, SM
Package Loader for SM2.

It requires the latest SM2 code from Goran, plus my patches in 
http://modules.squeakfoundation.org/People/dvf/Packages/SMBase-dvf.7.mcz
. Goran, can you have a look at them and consider merging them in?
