I encountered errors when attempting to install the following packages

     Tracing Messages Browser (->3)

         Error occurred during install
               key not found

         [I had also encountered this error in 3.7a-5816]

     Connectors (->1.9)

         Error occurred during install
             FloatArray>>Zero


Prior to attempting to install these packages I had successfully 
loaded the following

     SARInstaller (21->28)
     Refactoring Browser for 3.7 (->26)
     Whisker Browser (->1.0)
     TestBrowser (->1.11)
     Conflict Checker (->1.4)
     PointerExplorer (->1)
     Script Manager (->1.1)

After attempts to install the two problem packages I successfully 
installed the following

     Assertions (->1)
     BTree (->22)
     Graphs (->1.1)
     Graphs-Morphs (->1.1)
     MultiColumn List Morph (->6)
     PlotMorph (->3)
     LargeLists (->0.7)
     PLM Refactoring for 3.7a (->1)
     Java Serialization (->35-alpha)
     Log Engine (->2)
     SUnit active tutorial (->0.4)
     Sort Critter (->1.0)
     TimeZoneDatabase (->1.2.1)
     Units (->1)
