I have only recently become aware of PackageInfo>>externalCallers and
externalUsers.  This is used from one of the Packages browsers to display
"external references".

Could these be used to determine all packages which depend on this one and,
thus the dependent packages for any package?

That'd be a nice, menial task for the computer and eliminate human error with
regard to defining prerequisites.
