[BUG] SM updates won't load

On my 5816 image (which _does_ allow interruptkeys...) the loading of
PackageLoader hits a problem at ImageSegment>comeFullyUpOnReload: where
arrayOfRoots is nil after 'self loadSegmentFrom:outPointers: and then
we have arrayOfRoots do:.....

Rather gets in the way of using BFAV unfortunately. Can't load in 5816,
can't get the bfav emails in 5868. :-(
