[BUG] 3.6.2 VM has lost a primitive

OK, now that this is sorted out, can we please close this thread?  For
those of us that regularly troll through BFAV2 for harvesting purposes
long dead threads of this sort that are still open are very
disheartening.  Everyone, please remember that when you report an issue
and then realize it's a non-issue (happens to me quite often) that you
should close the issue by appending ' ( [closed] )' to the subject of
one of your responses to the list.
