hi

I would like to bring an important issues: we have a proliferation of
medium (wiki, mailinglists, source, people, map, forum).

I do not have the answer but: I think that it would be important to
connect all the nice world.
	- so I created a new entry in SmallWiki mother wiki so that
people list their own wiki to build a net. http://kilana.unibe.ch:9090/
so please link back your wiki to the mother one.

	- for SqueakSource I asked the two amigos to provide a place (on the
front page may be)
so that you can add your squeakSource servers.

Now if you spend some times looking at the people that registered to
squeakSource, you will see
that a lot of them never send email in the list. So this reveals some
problems as the media is not adapted to them.

Now if I analyse what we have
	- mailing-list (seaside, squeak, mc...) a lot and people are often
afraid
	- wiki (but currently the search is so bad that this is one or 1000)
maybe smallWiki can fix that
	- home page (continuously outdated may be a wiki solution as in
http://www.esug.org/ is a solution
	- squeak people is for freaks like us
	- forum in squeakland this is starting
	- squeakSource ok but yet another place
	- squeakMap difficult to find because swiki is full of wrong
information (do the blind test you will see) Now publishing from
squeaksource is easy this is a first step

Now I do not have the answer, but realizing the problems is the first
steps.

What we are doing or planning to do:
	- port SmallWiki to Seaside so that we can have a better CMS. If you
want to help
please contact send an email in the smallWiki mailing list
	- David rothlisberger is starting to have a forum on top of Seaside
and will start to
	port smallWiki to Seaside.
	- this means that we could integrate a forum with a super extra
SmallWiki and SqueakSource.
