This version fixes manual selection.

Adds 'select newer methods' and 'select older methods' to the ChangeList
menu.

These compare the timestamps in the change records with those in the
current versions of the corresponding methods.

Also adds a Preference called #changeListSelectionsAdd that makes
selections in the ChangeList additive. You can change this preference
from the window menu, too.

Also adds an 'invert selections' button to the optional button pane.
