[BUG][Whisker] Adding new categories with a WhiskerBrowser open

I had a Whisker browser open. I installed Over The Air, which contains the category GSM-Modem. I didn't see it appear in the category pane. No problem, I said, and hit the "update" item in the context menu. Still no GSM-Modem category. OK, so I'll search for a class in the package (PDU) - I get an "Error: Object is not in the collection" walkback.

So what have I missed? I'd preferred for Whisker to just update itself automagically when I added a new category/Package, but I don't mind having to just hit "update". But why didn't it work? Or have I just missed something?
