Agreed.  Even if someone merely creates a working Play With Me and 
doesn't promise to maintain it, that may be good enough, as long as 
it's in good working condition to start out with.  There is substantial 
demand for something like this, so I think if one of these toolkits 
gets into Full, then it would probably generate enough popularity that 
it would get maintained by somebody.

One lesson here is that incremental improvements are a good thing for 
packages like this.  (Like how SqueakMap has evolved.)  I know that 
Doug Rollwitz was working on a major overhaul to BobsUI, which was 
never released, and that seemed to stall adoption of BobsUI.
