Some enhancements for FileList and FileList2, 3.7 and 3.8

- adds 'change directory to...' choice
- adds 'edit file directly' service (same as 'open file' from World
menu)
- makes 'recent dirs' work with both FileList and FileList2
- removes direct reference from FileList to FileContentsBrowser
- makes directories properly update after certain changes
- lets you register items for 'no file' by responding to empty filenames
- removes a few old and uncalled methods
