It is correct. Note that it doesn't say "Open Source license" (with 
capital letters) since Open Source is a trademark of OSI (I think - it 
isn't clear on http://opensource.org/trademarks/) and they have a set 
of rules that licenses which they certify must follow. The Squeak 
License has export restrictions, which is not allowed by rule 5 (see 
http://www.opensource.org/docs/definition.php).

But anyone saying that Squeak is not "open source" or "free software" in 
the generic sense is just being silly or ignorant.
