This is an update of Bob's PunchedCard morph for Squeak 3.7.

This version includes a few improvements for the benefit of data entry personnel,
who are sure to appreciate the ability to use backspace, delete, arrow keys, and
the <home> and <end> keys when punching cards. It is also now easier to convert
text to punched cards, which will be useful for people who want to print
archival copies of their Squeak source code in the form of Hollerith cards ;-)
