"A Word of Caution" to all newcomers

As the one responsible for the current caution window, I heartily endorse this change. We wrote the other one in in a moment of stress (we had just gotten some bad press due to the confusion between, essentially EToys and Squeak), and no one ever took the other side to ask how to present it positively.

Then, of course, once it was there we (all) stopped seeing it.

Thanks, John, not only for seeing it afresh, but for a great job of restating it.
