Squeakmap problems

Yes, it seems to be down right now.  Paging Goran & Ken... :)

And in theory, couldn't someone set up a simple read-only mirror of the
directories on the SM server without Goran having to do any extra work? 
Or does an actual Squeak image get hit on the server every time someone
does an "update map from net"?  Sure a real writeable SM mirror would be
nice, but we really only need a read-only mirror.
