This is the next version of the skinning changeset for Squeak. Unlike the
first Aqua theme (http://www.comtalk.net/Squeak/87) it has now more
Squeak-specific window buttons, sets more fonts and defines new desktop
gradient color.

Installation:
-          Close all windows!
-          Open file list and install this changeset
-          Close file list immediately!
