PhiHo:	I think this is the old version Feb 2004.

	That is indeed the most recent release (although it has patches made as
recently as August 2004). I do have new bits to release; I plan to make
another 14 February release, and subsequent releases on equinoxes and
solstices (this very message will have to suffice for the solstice we're
about to have :).
