The fix is posted there.

The fix actually went into package 3.9.6 of the Refactoring browser, whereas it
works for the version 3.8 as well. So 3.8 is not fixed. And as the
RefactoringBrowser is an important prerequisite for many packages when loading
them into Squeak base image 3.8g this fix should go into the RefactoringBrowser
package release of 3.8 as well.

In the meantime I add for convenience the changeset again.
