As modified this changeset adds two new class comments, which is goodness.
The original changeset included a month class comment and method, which
conflict with the ... Chronology package.  I removed these two.  I recommend
implementing the modified change set.
Tested and reviewed against 3.7a #5623 with Brent's chronology changes also
loaded.
