Bert Freudenberg submitted a fix at Feb 2, 2004, 00:37
In BFAV, it has the subject line
[FIX] When (1 Feburary 2004) and the ID 19088
(search for author 'Freudenberg' to find it)
Markus approved the fix with mails from Feb 02
(ID 19095 and 19096) 
With Berts fix all three test cases work.

Seemingly BFAV does not like subject lines that
contain parentheses!
