My new squeakmap package: "Squeak Presentation" is an attempt
to make some ready-to-use slides presenting the Squeak.

I have worked on this issue approximately two weeks,
BookMorph is used as a medium, there are minor as well
as some more peculiar problems but it perhaps will work
for anyone interested.

I have again noticed some bugs therein. They will be
fixed this week.
