I played with SqueakSource yesterday, and
made a SUnit package.

This contains all of SUnit, with the preload
additions nicely re-categorized to be *sunit-preload
instead of Camp-Smalltalk.

I added the examples and tests, and all TestRunner fixes
from BFAV

This is just a .cs with the package content, for the update
stream.

I guess it's small enough to handle it this way. 

But we need a better way to deal with in-image MC packages"!
