I think that you'l see any larger group that does non-open Squeak 
development setting up their own, "in house" SqueakSource.

Then add a SmallBlog for project-related diaries, a SmallWiki of 
course. And the son-of-BFAV as a bugtracker, and son-of-SM
as a central account manager (single sign-on). And to make setup 
trivial, this all comes as a Squeak Developers Appliance,
build using Dan's solar PC: Just plug in, and off you go. ;-)
