This doesn't seem to be working. First, I merged Bert's changes into
Balloon3D-Kernel[-ar.3] and then republished Balloon3D-All. While
Balloon3D-All shows the right dependencies now, none of the other packages
do (most of which depend on Balloon3D-Kernel). Apparently, no new versions
get published for the other packages even though they are requirements for
Balloon3D-All and depend on Balloon3D-Kernel. When loading Balloon3D-All in
I end up with Balloon3D-Kernel-ar.2 probably because none of the other
packages were updated.
