I see some new stuff to support PNG graphics.  Where is the support for
MNG, the animated version of PNG?  Gotta have that animation!

Actually, the animated GIFs that I have done with Squeak were just a
way to export the animations and use them outside of Squeak.  Animation
inside Squeak is just plain better, and yet I still have a need to let
other non-Squeakers see it once in a while ...
