New versions of OSProcess and OSProcessPlugin have been posted.

Updated for Squeak 3.7 - the improved TestRunner in 3.7 (thanks Ned)
flushed out an intermittent timing bug with heavy external process
creation. This is now fixed.

This version provides better control of Unix file region locking (thanks
to Julian Fitzell and Andrew Catton).

OSProcess is now less dysfunctional on Mac OS X (thanks to Rick Thomas
for the remote troubleshooting). Assuming that I've integrated the
changes properly, and if you compile OSPP to be pthread aware with
-D_REENTRANT, it should now be possible to run most OSProcess functions,
and the CommandShell package should now work properly. Additional
feedback and bug reports would be appreciated, and if someone could
try this out on John's VM that would be helpful also.

Dave
