Yes, I have also seen this on 3.6 (3.6g2 unix vm on Mac OS X 10.3).
In my case this appear but not anytime when I launch the debugger by 
clicking on a failed test in the TestRunner.
The workaround I have found is to close the TestRunner and to relaunch 
it.
