I tried the following to confirm if this problem still exists in a 3.7a #5707
image.

(1) I opend a new project.
(2) I opened the sound recorder.
(3) I recorded a sound from a microphone and checked that it could be played
back.
(4) I published the project as a disk file.
(5) I quit the image without saving.
(6) I restarted the image and loaded the project from the disk file.

(7) I could play the recorded sound from the sound recorder without problem.

This suggests to me that the problem might be fixed, meanwhile.

Except that maybe what the pupils did was something different than I did.

Could Markus Gaelli please recheck if the problem still persists or indicate
if this bug report can be closed?

Regards, Lothar

Comments:	Hi,

some teachers in Germany want to use squeak to make their pupils
document their design-decisions in a paper-boat-competition.

They like to use swikis with projects inside and face the problem,
that recorded sound in the projects is not automatically published.

- What is the current suggested workaround?
- Could we make a patch which just repairs that?

Best,

Markus
