Could you then please close this bug?

Perhaps not everyone realises this yet but in the interest of improving
the efficiency of the harvesting process it has been decided that if the
original reporter of a bug realizes that he or she made a mistake and
the bug is not really a bug, or, as in this case, that the bug has been
fixed but no one closed the bug, then the original reporter can close
the bug. As long as the original reporter is not actually submitting
something that modifies the image in any way, he or she is free to close
the issue.

Please use the latest version of BFAV2 or if that is not possible then
follow the guidelines at ... Hmm, can't find anything appropriate on
the Squeak Swiki. OK, so if you want to send in an email manually to
close a bug or fix, copy the subject exactly

and then remove any parenthetical section that has review tags (if they
exist) and replace it with a new set of parentheses enclosing a [closed]
tag and optional coment. Unfortunately this subject is not properly
formatted in the first place, it should be

and so you would send in

already fixed )

Where the bit after the [closed] tag is a short comment, is optional,
and can be whatever you like. If you wanted you could get rid of the
leading Re: as well as it is simply ignored.

What's really important is that the part after any leading Re:'s up to
the first set of parentheses matches exactly, including any word
breaks. The count of spaces does not have to match but if there is one
there must be at least one and do not add a space where one did not
previously exist.
