Hi,

In 3.7a-5707, I found an odd behavior in drag&drop in Browser.

To see the problem:

1: set the preference "browseWithDragNDrop" on.
2: open a SystemBrowser.
3: select a class with many methods (for example, TestsForTextAndTextStreams).
4: drag a method upward or downward.
5: the dragged method is wrong (the upper item or downer item is selected).

Again, it is because of the new PLM. 

I have half written a refactored PLM, which could resolve this bug.
So just wait for a while...
