[FIX][BUG][3.7a] browser drag&drop fails to select a correct item ( compare with Ned's fix in BFAV post #19644 )

Check out "[FIX] MessageListDragFix-nk"; if you have BFAV 2.06 running,
go the the Approved tab, select the context menu option "jump to
post..." and enter "19644" to go to the post.

A similar problem seen in the ChangeSorter was fixed by  "[BUG][FIX]
Off-by-one error in 3.7a-5707 PLM drag-and-drop"; this is accessible in
the BFAV 2.06 currently in the Approved tab; jump to 19644.
