[BFAV] "Couldn't delete old version of file" exception revisited

I mean that if I follow the steps I'd previously outlined, with
the exclusion of the step I thought might be optional (deleting
latest.zip after quitting the image), then I don't get the
"couldn't delete old version of file" exception.
