is brought to their attention, they'll crack down on it sooner. The mail I
get  from SF
says that they're tightening the noose.

I noticed SqueakNOS doesn't have a license posted. They're cracking down on
that too.
Cat doesn't have a problem because it's GPL-LGPL.
