When ProjectViewMorphs get added to SystemWindows, SystemWindow>>addMorph:fullFrame
wants to add a border to the ProjectViewMorph. The problem seems to be
that 
ProjectViewMorphs (and ImageMorphs) grows out the borderWidth unlike
other morphs 
who shrink the borderWidth.
The ProjectViewMorph is therefor offset in the SystemWindow.
