Why does StandardFileMenu not show all of the drives on Windows when, for
instance, one selects "load project from file..." from the World menu?

And, when one selects, in this menu, the path above the drive (shown as
'[]') there is an error (because it sends nil to
DosFileDirectory>>setPathName:)
'[]' to me implies "show all drives" (to me anyway)

I would think that all drives should be shown but, at the very least, the
selection of '[]' should do something other than report an error.
