I'm looking into Socket class especially in 
#waitForConnectionFor:ifTimedOut: and as I see it's not possible to tell 
if problem with connection is because other side refuses that connection 
attempt or it's because of the timeout.

So I would write on VM's whish-list to add another status code for 
primitiveSocketConnectionStatus
