Added a new category for translation files. Had missed it before.

Just so people know - '.tra', '.tra.gz', '.translation' or
'.translation.gz' are installable by SM. And categorizing them with the
above new category is "nice" - but not needed for them to install
properly.

PS. All categories on SM has an optional URL - if anyone wants a
category to point to a specific URL, like say a Swiki page - let me know
and I will fill it in. The URL should point somewhere where more
explanation on the category is to be found. An example is (notice the
"More info"):
